CRR Proof-of-Concept (POC) services seek to determine whether an inventive concept is feasible.  Key principles of the concept are tested to verify that the basic theory of the idea is realistic so as to provide some degree of confidence that additional investment in the development of the invention is warranted.  POC efforts are typically small and key principles are often tested independently from each other.  Generally, one or more POC efforts are performed prior to the development of a working prototype of an invention where all the basic aspects of the inventive concept are demonstrated together.
